Appointed by California Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon as State Commissioner to the California Employment Training Panel, Morales also serves on the board of the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University, and his career reflects a commitment to community empowerment, organizational growth, and fostering meaningful collaborations.
